About
Why Randy Collins is So Effective
Mr. Collins was not always a criminal defense attorney; he previously worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of Riverside. This experience has given him the advantage in the courtroom. Mr. Collins knows what the prosecutors need and what they will be looking for to convict you of any charges. This allows him to focus on the areas of your case which are most important and have the highest likelihood of affecting your case outcome.
Mr. Collins ensures that when you enter the courtroom, every angle that could be used against you has been evaluated and prepared for in a way that you might not experience from other California defense lawyers.
Attorney Collins has been a guest author on several highly regarded U.S. and California legal blogs and has more than 400 blogs published on his own criminal defense blog which are referred to by criminal defense law firms throughout the nation. He has been featured in Orange Coast Magazine and was recognized as a 2013 Top Attorney by OC Metro magazine. He also has had his own dedicated criminal defense spotlight in the Orange County Register’s “Ask an Attorney” section for recent criminal offenders.
